The primary challenge we are experiencing is a significant increase in student and youth attendance. Participation has more than doubled, which places additional demand on program resources. While increased engagement reflects the strong need and effectiveness of the program, it also requires careful management to remain within the approved budget and ensure long-term sustainability.
To address this without requesting additional funding, we added two trained volunteers to support program delivery and maintain appropriate supervision and quality of services. This adjustment allows us to meet increased demand while staying within the original staffing budget.
Yes, we are confident the program will remain on track and all planned activities will be completed by the end of the grant term (June 30). The program is necessary to the community, and we are actively managing resources to ensure both compliance and sustainability.

Children participated in a guided art activity, using paint and hands-on materials to explore creativity, fine motor skills, and self-expression in a supportive early learning environment.
