QuarterQ1: July – September
Are you on track for the grant deliverables?Yes
What challenges are you having in undertaking the activities, and will you be able to get it on track by the end of the grant term (June 30)?

One challenge is the gap in requested funding and awarded funding. Leadership is finding places to simplify or be frugal that may lessen the spectacle of the production, but still provide a quality result. One such economy is limiting the time that an outside coach will be able to work with RBT’s dancers, but instead focus on in house coaching.

Another solved challenge is the inability to perform at Brandon Oaks Retirement community due to renovations of their space. However, we are delighted that this challenge has sparked the beginning of a new collaboration that will move the performance to Grandin Court Elementary for both seniors and youth. See more about this in the Quarterly report narrative.

RBT is meeting the challenges in undertaking these activities with optimism and excitement for the beauty the work will bring to our community.
