Calling Roanoke’s top youth artists! Attend free workshops this summer to help produce work that will be added to the City of Roanoke’s permanent collection. The workshops, led by artist Heather Marshall will result in six works to be installed in the Oliver Hill Justice Center waiting room for Juvenile and Domestic Court.

This project is funded through an Arts Matters Grant as part of Roanoke’s Year of the Artist, supported by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) resources of the National Endowment for the Arts and the City of Roanoke. Additional funding will be provided by the City of Roanoke Percent for Art fund.
