For this project, Roanoke-based artist Josh Nolan rallied resources from Benny’s Pizza and Downtown Roanoke, Inc. and the Roanoke Arts Commission to get a large mural in place facing Campbell Avenue. At 210 Fourth Street, SW, the mural is called Floating, Together, reflecting the collective isolation of the pandemic.
