What made you the most proud of the effort? | The event was a wonderful way for the neighborhood to connect with music, food, & fun for all ages. As the event was geared more towards the older crowd, It was special being a staple activity for the children to look forward to. All of the kids left my tent happy, and that always makes me happy! |
| From your perspective, what would be a good next step for the neighborhood in building engagement and momentom? | I love events that really pay tribute to cultures, and showcase different foods and music styles for the community that may or may not be a member of that specific culture. I say we should have more of these types of events and continue to educate ourselves on what Roanoke has to offer. |
