The set up was modified: I had a table with a long mirror set up on it, and then a lawnchair full of puppets and grabbed folks’ attention with the ventriloquism. Wandering the crowd with one of the puppets and interacting with as many as I could was a joy. I made a point of interacting with other tables set up and as many folks as I could.

There was some surprise at the turnout – I don’t think the hosts expected it to be as strong as it was.

I’m not sure how much had to do with the visibility that the church has, but Edgewood Christian Church is a gentle neighborhood spot. Using the church as a potential go-to for neighborhood events needs to continue.
