| Quarter | Q1: July – September |
| Are you on track for the grant deliverables? | Yes |
| What challenges are you having in undertaking the activities, and will you be able to get it on track by the end of the grant term (June 30)? | Our museum educator, Jennifer, needed to transition to contract because of family issues in early August, pausing any work on program. A second contract educator, Ericka, was hired in September. Five in-museum sensory kits have been made, and are ready for check – out. Five trunks are ready for programming with Family Services; contact has been made to set those programs up, but Maggie with Family Services has been out of town. No programs have been scheduled as of yet. Jennifer agreed to continue working on contract with the IDD programming with Family Services. Ericka will be visiting LOA the week of October 19 – 23, to discuss additional trunks and scheduling of programming. One nostalgia trunk has been fully created, and ready for the first program. The museum has been working on a new website to debut at the end of September, to include advertising for our sensory kits, site narratives, and accessible programming, but that project has been delayed. Things are moving forward and we will be on track. |
