| What challenges are you having in undertaking the activities, and will you be able to get it on track by the end of the grant term (June 30)? | We ran into a unique interpretation of State ABC Law that threatened to negate our obtaining an ABC License. The matter has been forwarded to the office of Legal Interpretation in Richmond with a promised resolution in 60 – 90 days. That is unacceptable as we are 30 days away from the event. I believe a suitable work around has been created and we should be fine. We have used the same procedures for 57 years and this provided quite a few days of panic. |
