| What challenges are you having in undertaking the activities, and will you be able to get it on track by the end of the grant term (June 30)? | Though RBT was able to do all of the activities outlined in our quarterly report forms, we did not meet all of our participation count goals. It appears that the Father’s Day holiday had an impact on ticket sames. For next year, we plan to focus on partnerships and joint advertising, start all our marketing earlier so we offer more repetition, and continue to diversify how we get the work out about our programs. We also expect that our non-Father’s day date next Spring will help. There are indications that our work to grow our audience is making a difference, and we expect that progress to continue. |
