QuarterQ1: July – September
Are you on track for the grant deliverables?Yes
What challenges are you having in undertaking the activities, and will you be able to get it on track by the end of the grant term (June 30)?

None of our current challenges are concerning. RBT Leadership is confident that we are on track for a delightful performance of “Snow White” in June. One change since our initial application is that Rolando Sarabia’s life personal life has led him to move to Pennsylvania. We wish him well on his new adventure, and he remains in close contact and plans to visit frequently to teach and choreograph. Since this transition happened rapidly over the summer, Ms. Sandra Meythaler has resumed her dual role as Artistic/Executive director, instead of rushing to put someone less qualified in the position. Mr. Sarabia plans to return throughout the year, and assist with casting and resetting his existing choreography for “Snow White” The transition has been smooth, with no interruptions in programing. The budget that would have been allocated to Mr. Sarabia’s salary has been leveraged to increase staff hours for outreach programs. Despite this staff change, RBT is ready to carry the work load required for grant deliverables.
