Provide an Explore Freedom Together activity at the Community Arts Reach Teen Fun Day at Price Memorial Church (506 15th St. NW) on June 8.
Provide several options for youth-selected movement activities.
Be set up and ready for the young people to participate by 3 PM, and, if possible, by 2 PM in order to participate/observe in the first hour of the event.
Recognize funders in signage at the table, and in any final products, media releases, advertising, stage announcements, programs, and any other forms of activity to include use of the partner logos and/or the phrase, “provided through the Arts Connect Neighbors program with funding from the City of Roanoke and the National Endowment for the Arts.”
Have Arts Connect Neighbors catalogs available.
In the event of cancellation, the project resources will be used for a rescheduled neighborhood event (or events), or, if that is not possible, for another event entirely, as agreed upon by the City of Roanoke and the artist.
Complete a simple post-event report at https://roanokearts.org/event-report/ within a week of the event.
Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by May 31, 2025.

For the funding the creation of new original work, artists must agree to the Terms and Conditions (above) around ownership of work created for the City. This does not apply to the presentation or exhibition of exisiting work.
