Provide a Rhythm Connects and Heals: A Drum Workshop for Everyone! activity as outlined in the Arts Connect Neighbors catalog at Fairington Apartments on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 2:00pm.
Be fully set up and ready to begin at the 2PM start time.
Recognize funders in signage at your display, and in any final products, media releases, advertising, announcements, programs, and any other forms of activity to include use of the partner logos and/or the phrase, “Rhythm Connects and Heals is provided through the Arts Connect Neighbors program with funding from the City of Roanoke and the National Endowment for the Arts.”
In the event of cancellation, the project resources will be used for a rescheduled neighborhood event (or events), or, if that is not possible, for another event entirely, as agreed upon by the City of Roanoke and the artist.
Take photos of the arts offering and record the number of participants in the arts activity, which will be what is needed for filling out the short report after the event.
Complete a simple post-event report at https://roanokearts.org/event-report/ within a week of the event.
Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by May 31, 2025.
