Services provided (details of agreement)	Provide a 5 Minute Portrait Activity as outlined in the Arts Connect Neighbors catalog at Not Your Average Weekend on June 1, 2024 from 3-6 pm Recognize funders in signage at the table, and in any final products, media releases, advertising, stage announcements, programs, and any other forms of activity to include use of the partner logos and/or the phrase, “provided through the Arts Connect Neighbors program with funding from the City of Roanoke and the National Endowment for the Arts.” Have Arts Connect Neighbors catalogs available at the table. In the event of cancellation, the project resources will be used for a rescheduled neighborhood event (or events), or, if that is not possible, for another event entirely, as agreed upon by the City of Roanoke and the artist. Complete a simple post-event report at https://roanokearts.org/event-report/ within a week of the event. Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by May 31, 2025.
