Services provided (Project Title / Short Description)	Provide an Embroidered Memories activity at Fairington Apartments on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 11:00am.
Services provided (details of agreement)	Provide an Embroidered Memories activity as outlined in the Arts Connect Neighbors catalog at Fairington Apartments on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 11:00am. Be fully set up and ready to begin at the 11 AM start time. Recognize funders in signage at your display, and in any final products, media releases, advertising, announcements, programs, and any other forms of activity to include use of the partner logos and/or the phrase, “Embroidered Memories is provided through the Arts Connect Neighbors program with funding from the City of Roanoke and the National Endowment for the Arts.” In the event of cancellation, the project resources will be used for a rescheduled neighborhood event (or events), or, if that is not possible, for another event entirely, as agreed upon by the City of Roanoke and the artist. Take photos of the arts offering and record the number of participants in the arts activity, which will be what is needed for filling out the short report after the event. Complete a simple post-event report at https://roanokearts.org/event-report/ within a week of the event. Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by May 31, 2025.

For the funding the creation of new original work, artists must agree to the Terms and Conditions (above) around ownership of work created for the City. This does not apply to the presentation or exhibition of exisiting work.	New work is not being created in this project.
