Services provided (Project Title / Short Description)	Provide a Rhythms Connects and Heals performance and drum workshop at the Hope Center Cookout on May 25, 2024
Services provided (details of agreement)	Provide a Rhythms Connects and Heals performance and drum workshop as outlined in the Arts Connects Neighbors catalog during the Hope Center Cookout on 11th St NW at some point between the hours of 1-5PM as mutually determined by Polly Branch. Reinforce the theme of hope in conversations with guests – hope for their future and that of the neighborhood and Roanoke. Recognize funders in signage at the table, and in any final products, media releases, advertising, stage announcements, programs, and any other forms of activity to include the use of partner logos and/or the phrase “provided through the Arts Connects Neighbors Program with funding from the City of Roanoke and the National Endowment for the Arts”. Have Arts Connects Neighbors catalogues available at the table. IN the event of cancellation, the project resources will be used for a rescheduled neighborhood event or events, or, if that is not possible, for another event entirely, as agreed upon by the City of Roanoke and the Artist. Complete a post event report within a week of the event, Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by May 31st

For the funding the creation of new original work, artists must agree to the Terms and Conditions (above) around ownership of work created for the City. This does not apply to the presentation or exhibition of exisiting work.	New work is not being created in this project.
