Festival spot on Big Dream Latina Festival for a mix of puppetry performance and workshop and play.. scheduled time is 11 AM until 2 PM, with an hour ahead of time to set up.

Provide a Goatsinger Puppet Engagement for families at the Latinas Dream Big event at Thrasher Park on May 18, 2024 from 11 AM to 2 PM.
Be fully set up and ready to engage for the 11 AM start time.
Recognize funders in signage at your display, and in any final products, media releases, advertising, stage announcements, programs, and any other forms of activity to include use of the partner logos and/or the phrase, “The Goatsinger is provided today in part through the Arts Connect Neighbors program with funding from the City of Roanoke and the National Endowment for the Arts.”
In the event of cancellation, the project resources will be used for a rescheduled neighborhood event (or events), or, if that is not possible, for another event entirely, as agreed upon by the City of Roanoke and the artist.
Complete a simple post-event report at https://roanokearts.org/event-report/ within a week of the event to help us provide more resources to support community based arts.
Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by May 31, 2025.

For the funding the creation of new original work, artists must agree to the Terms and Conditions (above) around ownership of work created for the City. This does not apply to the presentation or exhibition of exisiting work.
