| Services provided (details of agreement) | In partnership with City of Roanoke Parks and Recreation (PLAY Roanoke) and the Old Southwest, Inc. Neighborhood Alliance, install a Free Little Art Gallery (FLAG) at a mutually agreed upon location in Highland Park no later than September 2024. Present the project at a mutually agreed upon time to a gathering of the neighborhood, to include: Recognize funders in signage on the FLAG, and in any other final products, media releases, advertising, stage announcements, programs, and any other forms of activity to include use of the partner logos and/or the phrase, “This Free Little Art Gallery is provided through the Old Southwest, Inc. Neighborhood Alliance and the Roanoke Arts Commission with funding from the City of Roanoke and the National Endowment for the Arts.” I will act as chief FLAG curator during year one, preparing the neighborhood through engaged volunteers, to take over duties in year two. To help track outcomes, I will complete a simple post-event report at https://roanokearts.org/event-report/ In the event of project challenges, the project resources will be used for a FLAG at another location, or, if that is not possible, for another event entirely, as agreed upon by the City of Roanoke and myself. Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by May 31, 2025. |
