Services provided (details of agreement)	Design, produce, and install a “Love SE” mosaic work for the existing frame on Water Authority Property at the Bennington Park Trailhead. Work with the I HEART SE (REACH, Inc.) in designing and executing the project in accordance with the proposal approved by the Virginia Tourism Corporation. Work with neighborhood volunteers and the Western Virginia Water Authority in siting the work in a manner to ensure durability and minimal maintenance. Provide a one-year guarantee on workmanship, addressing any defects or potential weathering issues identified during that period. Maintain any insurance the artist deems necessary. Share rights to the image for education and marketing purposes with partners to include the Virginia Tourism Corporation, the City of Roanoke, I HEART SE, REACH Inc., and the Western Virginia Water Authority Media releases, advertising, stage announcements, programs, and any other forms of project support recognition will include use of the Roanoke Arts Commission logo and/or phrase, “This project has received funding through the Percent for Art program of the Roanoke Arts Commission.” Work with partners in a dedication even tentatively identified for May 19, 2024, alerting partners of any potential installation delays to allow for rescheduling. Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by June 30, 2024, though an extension may be possible if needed and agreeable to all partners.
