| Services provided (Project Title / Short Description) | Produce a Housing Insecurity Art Exhibition |
| Services provided (details of agreement) | Produce a small exhibit of at least 6 visual artwork exploring housing insecurity though the lens of community service providers. The work will include a multi-faceted approach including stories and music. Provide the completed work for temporary exhibition in a public space in the City of Roanoke. At the discretion of the City, this may be required to be in a City-owned building. Multiple showings of the exhibition are encouraged, but not required. After the exhibition, rights will be shared. The city will maintain a digital exhibition and use the images for education and marketing. Ownership of the original physical works will remain with the artist. Complete a final report in a form provided by the City of Roanoke. Media releases, advertising, stage announcements, programs, and any other forms of project support recognition will include use of the Roanoke Arts Commission logo and/or phrase, “This project has received funding through an Artist Action Grant of the Roanoke Arts Commission.” Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by December 31, 2024, though an extension may be available for optimal exhibition timing. |
