| Services provided (details of agreement) | Provide a Kindness Stones Activity at the August 6, 2024 Old Mountain Road Neighborhood National Night Out at Hollins Road Baptist Church , 1006 Peck Road, NW from 6 – 8 PM. When possible use neighborhood interactions to encourage additioanl FREE catalog offering for interested neighbors in their neighborhood. Recognize funders in signage at your booth, and in any final products, media releases, advertising, stage announcements, programs, and any other forms of activity to include use of the partner logos and/or the phrase, “This activity is provided through the Arts Connect Neighbors program with funding from the City of Roanoke and the National Endowment for the Arts.” Complete a post-event report at https://roanokearts.org/event-report/ within a week of the event. In the event of event cancellation, the project resources will be used for a rescheduled neighborhood event (or events), or, if that is not possible, for another event entirely, as agreed upon by the City of Roanoke and the artist. Funds will be returned if the project is not completed by May 31, 2025. |
