“There are very few things left on Henry Street to remind you of days gone. Still standing is the old Dumas and directly across the street is the old Merico Club,” wrote David Ramey in The Times and Life of Henry Street. “I don’t know how many but we had a lot of restaurants, about 25 or 30 churches to worship in.”
