Any “a-has” or new discoveries?

– We have so many intergenerational opportunities through art and repeated exposures/interactions to art over time may change our visions/perception

– Art pulls people in
– Go to where people are + invite them!
– Sometimes you just have to show up + it inspires others

What themes emerged that we can apply to the next decade of arts and culture in Roanoke?

– You just have to show up! You have to put yourself in places where you can keep learning
– How can we captivate young minds as well as a variety of others?
– Give people places to be in community (ex. Pilgrim at Tinker Creek book club) — range of ages + experiences — art gives us something in community
