In this 90-minute program, members of the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra will perform music from around the world as they discuss what makes folk and classical music different and how sounds are produced on stringed instruments. An instrument “petting zoo” with violins of all sizes allows every member of the audience to hold and play the violin!
