How to comment
Comments are open through Monday, October 26.
After that the Arts Commission writes the final document, so this is the window where what you say can still change what gets adopted. The plan goes to the Planning Commission and City Council in December.
Leave a comment on the page itself
You can point at any part of this plan and say what you think about that exact thing. A single action item, a sentence you disagree with, a heading that makes no sense.
- Click Send feedback in the lower right corner of any page.
- Click the thing you want to talk about. A paragraph, a bullet, a quote, a heading.
- Type what you want to say and send it.
You do not need to give an email address. You can if you want a reply, but nothing requires it and no comment is worth less without one.

If you would rather write one thing in one place, the form does that. Use it for anything that isn’t about a specific line like a whole chapter, something missing, or a thought that doesn’t attach to a paragraph.
What’s most useful to tell us
Where we got it wrong. Where something your organization or your neighborhood does is missing, or described in a way you would not recognize.
What happens to what you send
Everything goes to Plan 26’s committee. We read all of it before the final document is written, the same way we read the survey.
We cannot promise every comment changes the plan. Some of what people ask for sits outside what an arts and cultural plan can do, and some of it will lose to something else.
